Graphics — 5/5
The graphics of The Sims 4 have been rendered on quite a high quality. As you dive into its gameplay, you come across 3D graphics which elevate the overall gaming experience by several notches. Colors used in the game are lively and enhance the elegant quotient. Be it the characters, pets, vehicles or the surroundings, everything has been intricately designed. There are no graphical glitches that you get to see when you play the game.
Gameplay — 5/5
When it comes to the gameplay, it is all about creating Sims and managing their actions, as well as, activities. When you create a Sim, you are given a plenty of hairstyles (for both the genders). You also have in your hand various customization options. Leverage these options to create a distinct appearance for your Sim. The Sims 4 also allows you to build a home for your Sim. Choose your favorite design and décor to build your dream home.
There are different tasks that you need to undertake in the game. You can develop your Sims’ relationships, make them pursue new professional careers, and shape entertaining moments of their lives. You don’t play the game in isolation. There are different characters in the game you get to interact with.
You can explore worlds that are beautiful and unique. You can even travel to neighborhoods to meet other Sims. On the whole, The Sims 4 allow you to have fun and play with life.
Controls — 5/5
The controls of the game are pretty simple to understand. In fact, they are intuitive to help the gamers remember them. You can use the arrow keys on your controller to control the movement of your Sim. Also, you can use these keys to toggle browse the various options in the game. With the ‘A’ key, you can select an option. You can live drag item using the X key and cancel the current action by hitting the Y key. You can access the pause menu using the menu button. There are other controls too that you can see from the controls menu.
Replay Value — 5/5
The game boasts of quite a high replay value. There are different worlds and neighborhood which encourage you to play the game frequently. There are also a plethora of venue to explore in the gameplay. The same further builds the curiosity of the gamers. Lastly, it’s the wish to see you Sim’s lifecycle that makes you return to the game again and again.
